・Identification Photograph*2
・Scanned Bio Page*3
※Scanned Bio Page refers to a page in a passport where fullname and identification photo are ptinted on
・Passport has to have 6 month until its expiration and more than 2 blank pages upon arriving.
*2 Identification Photograph Requirements
・Use JPEG or PNG file format
・File size has to be under 2MB
・White background with no frames
・Let no shadows, lines and reflected lights be in
・Face forward with eyes opened
・With no face expressions
・Do not modify the original photograph using any kinds of application
*3 Scanned Bio Page Requirements
・Use JPEG or PNG file format
・File size has to be under 2MB
・Let no shadows and reflected lights be in *except for holograms
・Include a whole page

(1) Two copies of e-Visa certificate
(2) Passport that has 6 month until its expiration and more than 2 blank pages upon arriving.
(3) Immigration card (distributed on a airplane/obtainable at airports)
(4) Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate (If applicable)
Yellow fever vaccination certificate presenting condition
・A traveler, whose age of one or older, traveling from countries with risk of yellow fever transmission.
・A traveler who has stayed in countries with risk of yellow fever transmission, for more than 12 hours.
